Previous NBA star Shawn Kemp was captured Wednesday and booked in a Penetrate District (Washington) prison regarding a hit-and-run assault.
Tacoma police said a fight between inhabitants of two vehicles close to the Tacoma Shopping center prompted shots to be discharged early Wednesday evening.
