Dec 22 (Reuters) – Tesla (TSLA.O) CEO Elon Musk said on Thursday he won’t sell any more Tesla stock for around two years.

Dec 22 (Reuters) – Tesla (TSLA.O) CEO Elon Musk said on Thursday he won’t sell any more Tesla stock for around two years.

While talking in a Twitter Spaces sound visit, Musk said he predicts the economy will be in a “serious downturn” in 2023 and interest for expensive things will be lower.

His remarks came after a Tesla stock auction developed Thursday over stresses over relaxing interest in electric vehicles and Musk’s interruption with Twitter and stock deals.

“I won’t sell the stock until I don’t know most likely a long time from now. Not one year from now for any reason and most likely, not the year from there on,” Musk said.
