On Dec. 8, 12, and 13, the Public Help Commission of South Carolina facilitated a progression of in-person formal conferences for Duke Energy Progress LLC so residents could voice their viewpoints and worries about the organization’s solicitation made in Agenda No 2022-254-E. In this application recorded with the Commission on Sept. 1, 2022, Duke Energy Interaction, that’s what LLC projected “a run of the mill private client utilizing 1,000 kWh will see an increment of roughly $14.36 each month and whenever endorsed, the increment would start with the new rate on the date of Apr. 1, 2023, as mentioned. This sum would increment by roughly $4.40 each month in year two. “

On Jan. 23, the Public Help Commission of South Carolina will have a virtual formal conference for Duke Energy Progress, LLC clients to voice their assessment of the organization’s solicitation to increment Electric Rates. The consultation times are from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. furthermore, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. If there is a need, the meeting will progress forward with Jan. 4 and 5 at similar planned times.
Duke Energy Clients who wish to affirm in this consultation may preregister one of three different ways:
- Email communications@psc.sc.gov with their name, phone number, and actual location.

- Call 803-896-2639 and leave a message with their name, phone number, and actual location. Residents wishing to affirm should be enlisted by 4 pm on December 30th. Residents will be called to affirm the request in which they enlisted.
