A Facebook post from his authority page showed Lewis looking delicate while managing “influenza.”
The Oct. 19 post read, “On Sunday, Jerry Lee Lewis was at last enlisted into the Blue grass Music Lobby of Popularity. The unbelievable Jerry Lee was excessively sick with seasonal influenza to go to the function.
“His long-term dear companion Kris Kristofferson acknowledged in his distinction from Hank Williams Jr. what’s more, Kris and his significant other Lisa were sufficiently decent to drive down to Memphis and present it to Jerry Lee face to face.”
