While shooting the last time of Better Call Saul in July 2021, Bounce Odenkirk experienced an unexpected respiratory failure, with co-stars Rhea Seehorn and Patrick Fabian giving him help right away.

The Jimmy McGill star experienced a close lethal coronary episode and he recently credited the show’s cast and group with saving his life.

Seehorn pondered the second at the Emmys on Monday, September 12 as she talked with Individuals and EW’s Honorary pathway Live pre-show co-has Janine Rubenstein and Jeremy Parsons.

The entertainer, who played legal counselor Kim Wexler, made sense of that she and Fabian were with Odenkirk on set throughout a break from shooting when he had the respiratory failure.

She said: “He fundamentally appeared as though he was swooning and afterward we understood that something was exceptionally off-base and we bird to get him before he hit the substantial floor and afterward acknowledged it was incredibly, terrible and began shouting for help.

“We were in every case extremely close, yet the best thing I could say was we’ve all had someone that is passed and you simply wish you had another day, once again to grin or giggle or value them and you don’t get it.

Odenkirk shared his appreciation for Seehorn’s fast response to the cardiovascular failure in a post on Twitter, which he shared close by his co-star at the Emmys.

“The most recent eight years I’ve had the pleasure of working with the absolute best in front of an audience and off. Far undeniably more than I merited. Rhea, gratitude for holding my head off the substantial floor,” he composed.
