Madonna’s little girl Lourdes Leon has continued in her Queen of Pop mother’s strides by sending off her music vocation with her presentation solo single.

The 25-year-old design model – whose father is entertainer Carlos Leon – delivered the club banger ‘Lock and Key’ under the moniker Lolahol on Wednesday (24.08.22).

What’s more, the melody contains a clear reference to Lady Gaga, with the line: “No rest, transport, club, ‘another club, ‘another club, plane, next place, no rest, no trepidation.”

It was a viral image from a 2011 meeting with the ‘Shallow’ hitmaker.

It’s a fascinating decision of reference, as Madonna and Gaga have fought before.

In 2012, the ‘Like a Prayer hitmaker portrayed the ‘Million Reasons’ vocalist’s music as “reductive”.

Prior to that occurrence, Gaga – an admitted enthusiast of Madonna during her high school years – conceded her hit single ‘Conceived This Way’ was impacted by the Madonna track ‘Communicate your thoughts.

However, in her narrative, ‘Crazy: Five Foot Two, the ‘Stoic Appearance’ hitmaker advised her more established adversary to be more forthright in her dissatisfaction with regards to her style.

She said: “The main thing that annoys me about her is that I’m Italian and from New York thus, as, in the event that I got an issue with someone, I will confront you directly. Yet, regardless of the amount of regard I possess for her as an entertainer, I would never understand the way that she wouldn’t look at me without flinching and let me know that I was reductive or makes no difference either way…
